Job summary

MercyOne North Iowa is seeking a part-time Diagnostic Radiology Tech to support patient care by producing diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by radiologists in the Radiology Department. The role is per diem with rotating shifts, offering opportunities for growth within MercyOne Health System and its Cerro Gordo County facilities.

Candidates must complete an accredited Radiologic Technology program and maintain ARRT NMTCB registry, licensure, and BLS; training in mandatory reporter abuse

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB).
• Active ARRT registry status.
• Current state Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist License.
• Proof of Mandatory Reporter abuse training completed within three months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification maintained.

General Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB)
• Maintains active ARRT registry status
• Maintains current state of employment Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist License
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire
• Maintains Basic Life Support qualification
