Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Racquet Sports Coordinator for Claremont Resort & Club in Berkeley, CA. You will manage day-to-day racquet operations, member onboarding, court scheduling, and guest communications, while supporting the Director of Racquet Sports.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in member-facing hospitality, strong Excel and billing skills, and experience organizing social events and leagues. Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a member- or guest-facing role in hospitality settings.
• Hands-on billing, POS, or reconciliation experience.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with members and staff.
• Ability to plan and run events or programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for racquet members and queries.
• Onboard new racquet members within 30 days and follow up at 90 days.
• Manage court scheduling, reservations, and billing accuracy.
• Design and run a calendar of racquet social events.
• Coordinate with departments for seamless member experiences.
