HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a Racquet Sports Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, member relations, and social programming for the racquet department. You will oversee court scheduling, reservations, billing, and engagement initiatives with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring a strong hospitality instinct, 3+ years in member-facing roles, and expertise in billing and events. This is a full-time, on-site position aligned with peak activity periods.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a member- or guest-facing role in hospitality or private clubs.
• Warm, outgoing hospitality instinct with ability to remember names and introduce people.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for events and programs.
• Experience with billing, POS, or reconciliation and accurate record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for racquet sports members and address inquiries same business day.
• Onboard new racquet members within 30 days and follow up at 90 days to ensure engagement.
• Design and manage a year-round racquet social calendar with two events per month.
• Oversee court scheduling, reservations, billing accuracy, and audit compliance.
