Invited in Charlotte is seeking a Racquet Sports Director to oversee tennis, pickleball, and squash programs and promote memberships. You will lead clinics, organize events, and mentor racquet staff to deliver exceptional member experiences.

The role requires a degree in Sports Management or related field, 4+ years in racquet programming, and pickleball certification with 4.5+ playing ability. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, or related field.
• 4+ years of racquet sports programming or management experience.
• 3+ years conducting group racquet sports clinics or instructional programs.
• 2+ years organizing social events for members.
• Certification from a pickleball organization (e.g., PPA, USPTA, or PTR) with 4.5+ playing ability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee tennis, pickleball, and squash programs and promotions.
• Lead racquet staff recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Schedule and run clinics, lessons, and events for members of all ages.
• Ensure facilities are maintained to professional standards and safe for users.
• Develop and manage annual budget, forecasts, and profitability goals.
