thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services in Livermore is seeking a 2nd shift Atlantis Racks Team Lead to coordinate and monitor a work group on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery. The role emphasizes safety, training, and adherence to quality processes.

This safety-sensitive position requires a high school diploma, fluency in English, and the ability to stand long hours while supervising a team and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the assignments and proper completion of work activities of employees in a given work group (i.e. inspection, general warehouse, material handling, etc.).
• Lead by example, be organized, and practice good housekeeping skills in all areas.
• Ensure all employees work safely and in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate shift start-up activities and end-of-shift wrap-up or related activities.
• Ensure appropriate tools and materials are available for completion of jobs.
• Provide on-the-job training for new work instructions when applicable.
• Provide input to Supervisor or Manager regarding performance.
• Report accidents or incidents to a supervisor.
• Report policy or procedure violations to Supervisor or Manager.
• Participate, support and comply with health and safety initiatives and requirements.
• This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.

• Report any policy or procedure violations to Supervisor or Manager.
• Participate, support and comply with all health and safety initiatives and requirements.
• This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
