Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring a Shelving & Racking Lead to install, move, and replace steel racking systems. You will assemble shelving, read diagrams, and operate tools while traveling locally as needed. The role requires physical endurance and willingness to work varied shifts.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus benefits, with training provided. Equal opportunity employer with travel across states and potential for overtime based on volume.

Qualifications

• Read diagrams (blueprints, RIGs) and ensure accuracy
• Able to read safety policies & follow mechanical standards
• Willing to travel within local and surrounding states
• Able to work days, nights, and weekends as scheduled
• Comfortable working at heights up to 20 ft and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

Responsibilities

• Install, move, and replace steel racking/cantilevers.
• Assemble storage shelving and related systems.
• Replace damaged racking components as needed.
• Move products from old to new racking.
• Assist with other projects when not on racking tasks.
