Job summary
Channel Partners in North Little Rock, AR is hiring a Shelving & Racking Lead to join our team. You will install, move, and replace steel racking and shelving systems, assemble shelving, and relocate products as needed.
The role involves travel within the local state and surrounding states and requires mechanical aptitude and safety awareness. You should be able to read diagrams and blueprints, operate hand/cordless tools, ladders, and may use order pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
Qualifications
- Must be mechanically inclined with racking installation experience.
- Ability to read diagrams/blueprints and verify quality to standards.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools for assembly and installation.
- Able to operate order pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working up to 20 feet high.
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional up to 75 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Install, move, and replace steel racking and cantilevers.
- Assemble storage shelving systems and related components.
- Replace damaged racking parts and relocate products.
- Assist with other projects when not on racking assignments.
