Job summary

Channel Partners in Dallas, TX is seeking a Shelving & Racking Lead to install and service steel racking systems, assemble shelving, and move products across sites. The role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to read diagrams, and a willingness to travel within the region.

Candidates should be comfortable climbing ladders, working up to 20 feet, and operating equipment like forklifts or scissor lifts. Benefits include paid training, PTO, health options, and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Read diagrams (blueprints and RIGs) and follow safety policies.
• Able to travel within the local state and surrounding states.
• Mechanically inclined with experience in racking installation and demo.
• Willingness to work days, nights and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, and replace steel racking/cantilevers.
• Assemble storage shelving, rack shelving, structural shelving, and steel shelving systems.
• Replace damaged racking components.
• Move products from old to new racking.
• Assist with other jobs when not performing racking projects.
• Operate order pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts as needed; adhere to safety standards.
