Job summary

A leading retail solutions company in Ohio is seeking a Shelving & Racking Lead to join their team. This hands-on role involves installing and assembling various types of shelving and racking systems. Candidates must be mechanically inclined with experience in installation and a willingness to travel. The position offers flexible hours, as well as competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Willingness to travel within the local area and neighboring states.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace steel racking/cantilevers.
• Assemble and move various shelving systems.
• Replace damaged components and assist in other jobs.

Skills

Mechanically inclined/jack-of-all-trades

Experience with racking installation

Skilled with hand tools and cordless power tools

Able to operate forklifts and scissor lifts

Comfortable climbing ladders

Able to lift up to 50 lbs
