Plateco, a growing plating facility in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, is creating a new 3rd shift and hiring a Racking Perfectionist to join the Production Team. No plating experience is required—we will train the right person who has a strong work ethic and is willing to learn.

The role involves racking parts for zinc plating, inspecting quality, and maintaining a clean, safe work area on a 3rd shift (9 PM–7 AM, Monday–Friday). Growth opportunities exist through pay-for-performance and skill development.

• Maintain a steady production pace while paying close attention to detail.
• Safely handle parts and production materials.

Racking Perfectionist – 3rd Shift

New Shift Created Due to Growth!

Plateco is a growing plating facility in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, and we are adding an entirely new shifts and positions due to continued company growth and increased production needs!

We are looking for high-energy, motivated Racking Perfectionists to join our expanding Production Team. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a brand-new shift and grow with Plateco.

As a Racking Perfectionist, you will play an important role in the plating process by properly preparing metal parts for zinc plating. This is a hands-on production position where attention to detail, quality, and productivity matter.

No plating experience? No problem! We will train the right person who has a strong work ethic and is willing to learn.

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift – Monday through Friday.
• 9 PM – 7 AM.

What You'll Do:

• Starting Pay: $19.00/hour.
• 3rd Shift Premium: +$2.00/hour.
