Plateco, Inc. is expanding its team in Reedsburg, WI, by adding a brand-new 2nd shift for Racking Perfectionists. The role focuses on preparing metal parts for zinc plating with strong attention to detail and safety. We offer a pay-for-performance program and full benefits as part of a growing, hands-on production team.

This is a training-friendly, on-site position requiring reliable attendance and a willingness to learn, with a clear path to increased earnings as skills and productivity grow.

Responsibilities

• Rack and unrack a variety of metal parts according to customer work orders.
• Position parts on racks to ensure zinc-plating coverage.
• Inspect parts and racks for placement and quality.
• Follow work orders, production instructions and quality requirements.
• Maintain a steady production pace with attention to detail.
• Safely handle parts and production materials.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Learn additional production processes and equipment as you gain experience.

Racking Perfectionist – New 2nd Shift

Plateco – Reedsburg, Wisconsin | Full-Time

New Shift Created Due to Growth!

Plateco is a growing plating facility in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, and we are adding an entirely new 2nd Shift due to continued company growth and increased production needs!

We are looking for high-energy, motivated Racking Perfectionists to join our expanding Production Team. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a brand-new shift and grow with Plateco.

As a Racking Perfectionist, you will play an important role in the plating process by properly preparing metal parts for zinc plating. This is a hands-on production position where attention to detail, quality, and productivity matter.

No plating experience? No problem! We will train the right person who has a strong work ethic and is willing to learn.

Schedule:

• NEW 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday.
  3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• $19.00/hour starting pay.
• +$3.00/hour 2nd Shift Premium.
• Pay-for-Performance Program with opportunities to increase your hourly rate as you learn, improve your skills, and meet performance goals.

What You'll Do:

Pay & Benefits:

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour
2nd Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour
