Job summary

Plateco – Reedsburg, Wisconsin is hiring Production Operators for 2nd and 3rd Shift in a growing plating facility. This is a growth position with pay-for-performance potential and opportunities to advance.

You will operate rack lines, rack/unrack parts for zinc plating, and follow work orders to meet daily production goals. Training is provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Production or manufacturing experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate rack lines according to customer work orders and production requirements.
• Rack and unrack a variety of metal parts to be zinc plated.
• Properly position parts on racks to ensure quality plating.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, and quality requirements.
• Monitor production processes and maintain production goals.
• Inspect parts for proper placement and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Train to become a backup operator when other operators are absent.
• Learn additional production processes and equipment.
• Work with the team to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Plateco is Growing – New Production Opportunities!

Plateco is a growing plating facility in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, and we are expanding our Production Team due to increased customer demand and continued company growth.

We are hiring Production Operators for both 2nd and 3rd Shift, including positions on our newly added 2nd Shift.

These are growth positions — we are adding employees because our business is expanding, not because of turnover. This is an exciting opportunity to join Plateco during a period of growth and help build our expanding production operation.

Schedule & Pay:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• $23.00 - $27.00/hour + $3.00/hour 2nd Shift Premium.
• 3rd Shift: Sunday night – Wednesday night, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• $23.00 - $27.00/hour + $2.00/hour 3rd Shift Premium.
• Pay-for-Performance & Advancement.
