The position offers $16/hour with a Mon-Thu schedule 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. OT Fridays as needed. OT may be required; safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rack heavy metal parts for finishing processes.
• Move, stage, and organize parts throughout production areas.
• Operate drying equipment as part of finishing workflow.
• Inspect parts for defects before and after processing.
• Follow detailed instructions for part handling and placement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work safely while handling heavy materials.
• Follow production schedules and meet workflow demands.
• Support team members in finishing and production tasks.

Heavy Parts Racker / Dryer (Metal Finishing / Production)

Position Summary

Support metal finishing operations by racking, drying, and handling heavy parts. Prepare parts for finishing processes and ensure proper handling throughout production. Maintain flow of materials through racking and drying areas. Learn metal finishing processes with potential advancement into Quality Control.
