Job summary

Anomatic is seeking a Racker Team Member in New Albany, OH to affix small aluminum parts onto titanium anodizing racks and conduct basic visual quality checks. You will work closely with a team to ensure parts meet specifications, differentiate sizes and styles, and prepare finished goods for shipment.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional overtime. A collaborative, safety-conscious environment supports growth and skill development within manufacturing

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for job safety and instructions.
• Able to work well in a team and follow directions from others.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Willing to work overtime, including short notice or weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Affix small aluminum parts onto titanium anodizing racks and perform basic visual inspection.
• Identify part imperfections according to quality specifications.
• Differentiate between sizes, shapes, and styles of parts.
• Fulfill the requirements of each position on the racking line during shift.
• Build boxes for finished goods as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
