Job summary

Strongsville Chamber invites applications for an Anodizing Associate-Racker on the day shift. The role prepares aluminum components for anodizing, racks parts, supports operations, and ensures quality and on-time packaging to meet specifications.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, strong manual dexterity and attention to detail, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and rack parts for anodizing and load onto racks.
• Support anodizing operations and inspect parts before/after processing.
• Document production information on work orders and records.
• Package finished products to meet customer specs and quality standards.
• Follow safety policies when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and report issues to Supervisor.
• Demonstrate teamwork and communicate production concerns promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
