Job summary

Anomatic is seeking a Racker Team Member in New Albany, OH to affix small aluminum parts onto titanium anodizing racks and conduct basic visual quality checks. You will work closely with a team to ensure parts meet specifications, differentiate sizes and styles, and prepare finished goods for shipment.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional overtime. A collaborative, safety-conscious environment supports growth and skill development within manufacturing

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Affix small aluminum parts onto titanium anodizing racks and perform basic visual inspection.
• Identify part imperfections according to quality specifications.
• Differentiate between sizes, shapes, and styles of parts.
• Fulfill the requirements of each position on the racking line during shift.
• Build boxes for finished goods as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Racker Team Member is responsible for affixing small aluminum parts onto titanium metal anodizing racks. This position also includes basic visual inspection of parts ensuring quality specifications are met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Works within close proximity of others
• Lifts and carries boxes of parts weighing up to 25 pounds
• Identifies part imperfections according to quality specifications
• Differentiates between different sizes, shapes and styles of parts
• Fulfills the requirements of each position on the racking line including lead racker, buffer-racker, wheel and autoload racking positions during shift.
• Builds boxes for finished goods as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety regulations
• Ability to use both hands to pick-up and manipulate small parts simultaneously
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends
• Capable of standing for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Can successfully work in a team environment
• Willing to take direction from others
