Job summary

Anomatic Corporation in Newark, OH is seeking a Racker Team Member in the Anodizing department to affix small aluminum parts onto titanium racks and perform basic visual inspections to ensure quality.

The 2nd shift runs Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm. Pay is $14.50 per hour. You will work in a team, lift up to 25 lbs, and help with line duties and clean-up while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety regulations
• Ability to use both hands to pick-up and manipulate small parts
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or weekends
• Capable of standing for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Can successfully work in a team environment
• Willing to take direction from others

Responsibilities

• Works in close proximity to others.
• Lifts and carries parts weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Identifies part imperfections per quality specs.
• Differentiates sizes, shapes, and styles of parts.
• Fulfills racking line positions during shift.
• Builds boxes for finished goods as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Racker Team Member is responsible for affixing small aluminum parts onto titanium metal anodizing racks. This position also includes basic visual inspection of parts ensuring quality specifications are met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Lifts and carries boxes of parts weighing up to 25 pounds
• Identifies part imperfections according to quality specifications
• Differentiates between different sizes, shapes and styles of parts
• Fulfills the requirements of each position on the racking line including lead racker, buffer-racker, wheel and autoload racking positions during shift.
• Builds boxes for finished goods as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
