Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Technical Program Manager for New Product Deployment Readiness on the Solutions Architecture team. You will own end-to-end readiness for rack-scale AI platforms delivered through OEM partners, from engineering sample through mass rollout, including testing, power/cooling, cabling, and network provisioning.

You will coordinate across NVIDIA engineering, product, and support and engage OEM counterparts to ensure one readiness plan, one schedule, and one definition of done.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise/hyperscale data centers or related environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale data center hardware deployments or infrastructure programs.
• Experience working with OEM/ODM/system integrator partners across functions.
• Demonstrated leadership under fluid conditions and with cross-organization alignment.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, cabling, networking, rack bring-up).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment readiness for new rack-scale platforms via OEM partnerships across engineering, manufacturing, and services.
• Align NVIDIA engineering, product, and support with OEM counterparts under a single readiness plan and schedule.
• Manage readiness status for hardware, software, firmware, tooling, and processes with clear criteria and executive reporting.
• Lead OEM engagement, planning, factory readiness, and deployment schedules for large-scale rollouts.
• Define scalable bring-up, validation, and acceptance processes across multiple racks and sites, including automation improvements.
• Establish QA processes to ensure deliverables meet specs and quality at deployment scale.
• Escalate issues to engineering and ensure closure to prevent recurrence across platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and tooling to speed readiness and deployment.
