Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Program Manager for New Product Deployment Readiness on the Solutions Architecture team in Austin, TX. You will own end-to-end deployment readiness for rack-scale AI platforms, coordinating across NVIDIA and OEM partners from engineering sample to mass deployment.

You will drive alignment, manage multi-platform programs, lead OEM engagement, and push continuous improvements through automation and tooling. Equity and benefits are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise and/or hyperscale data centers.
• Experience delivering large-scale data center deployments or infrastructure programs at multi-rack/multi-site scale.
• Experience with OEM/ODM/system integrator partners across engineering, manufacturing, and services.
• Proven leadership across organizations you do not own and ability to adapt to change.
• Working knowledge of data center infrastructure: power, cooling, cabling, networking, rack bring-up and validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, attention to detail, and quality focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executives and diverse collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment readiness for new NVIDIA rack-scale platforms delivered through OEM partners.
• Drive alignment across NVIDIA engineering, product, and support and their OEM counterparts.
• Program management of readiness status for hardware, software, firmware, tooling, and processes.
• Lead OEM engagement and communication for planning, factory readiness, and large-scale rollouts.
• Scale the deployment model with repeatable bring-up, validation, and acceptance across racks/sites/partners.
• Establish QA processes to verify deliverables meet specifications at deployment scale.
• Own escalation and feedback loops to prevent recurring issues in future platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and tooling.
