Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Program Manager for New Product Deployment Readiness on the Solutions Architecture team. You will own end-to-end deployment readiness for rack-scale AI platforms delivered to market through OEM partners, overseeing engineering sample through volume rollout and ensuring tooling, processes, and documentation are ready for mass deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise and/or hyperscale data centers.
• Experience delivering large-scale data center deployments.
• Experience working with OEM/ODM/system integrator partners.
• Proven leadership under fluid situations across organizations you do not own.
• Working knowledge of data center infrastructure: power, cooling, cabling, network, rack bring-up.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication with diverse collaborators including OEM partners and executives.
• Organizational & time management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment readiness for new NVIDIA rack-scale platforms delivered through OEM partners.
• Drive alignment across NVIDIA engineering, product, and support with OEM counterparts.
• Program management of readiness status for hardware, software, firmware, tooling, and process across multiple concurrent platforms and OEM programs.
• Lead OEM engagement and communication, coordinating planning, factory readiness, deployment schedules, and activity preparation for large-scale rollouts.
• Scale the deployment model with automation to replace manual effort.
• Establish QA processes to verify deliverables meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Own escalation and feedback loop to prevent recurrence on future platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and tooling to increase speed and accuracy.
