Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Program Manager for New Product Deployment Readiness on the Solutions Architecture team. You will own deployment readiness for new rack-scale AI platforms delivered to market through OEM partners, from engineering sample through volume rollout, including factory integration, power and cooling, cabling, network provisioning, and bring-up.

You will coordinate across NVIDIA engineering, product, and support and their OEM counterparts, ensuring readiness plan alignment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise/hyperscale data centers or similar.
• Experience delivering large-scale data center hardware deployments.
• Experience working with OEM/ODM partners across engineering, manufacturing, and services.
• Proven leadership and ability to align multiple organizations.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure: power, cooling, cabling, networking, rack integration, and validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment readiness for new NVIDIA rack-scale platforms via OEM partners, from engineering sample to mass production.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, and support teams and their OEM counterparts under one readiness plan and schedule.
• Program manage readiness status for hardware, software, firmware, tooling, and processes across multiple platforms and OEM programs, with risk tracking and executive reporting.
• Lead OEM engagement and coordinate planning, factory readiness, deployment schedules, and large-scale rollout prep.
• Scale the deployment model for bring-up, validation, and acceptance across sites, with automation where possible.
• Establish QA processes to verify deliverables meet specifications and quality requirements at deployment scale.
• Own escalation and feedback loops to prevent repeat issues in future platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, tooling, and process optimization.
