Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required/preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer and server architecture and hardware/firmware/OS interactions.
• Experience with reliability testing, data analysis, and scripting to automate tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform incoming servers/racks bring-up, debugging and baseline function tests.
• Develop and execute reliability testing plans including chamber setup and environmental profiling.
• Instrument servers, monitor tests, and analyze results to improve product performance.
• Document test results and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure products meet customer expectations.
