• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of related experience in inventory or data center warehousing
• Proficient with computers and able to interpret diagrams and schematics
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
• Understand electrical safety and live equipment protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with on-site stakeholders
• Analytical and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Load/unload inbound/outbound freight and perform quality checks
• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and manage replenishment orders
• Place server racks using laser measurements and populate with components
• Install cabling and rack hardware using hand/power/measuring tools
• Safely operate material handling equipment (straddle stackers, pallet jacks)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards
• Perform frequent physical tasks (pushing, pulling, lifting)
