Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Team Lead-RMA to manage material orders, customer service, and inventory for on-site datacenter operations, including server assembly and component installation.

This role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong interpersonal and computer skills, and adherence to safety and 5S standards. You will supervise loading/unloading, perform quality checks, run daily cycle counts, and support cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience is required.
• Experience with computers is required.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and verify part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for datacenter spare parts.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse systems.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor with accuracy using laser tools.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into racks per diagrams.
• Install rack hardware using hand/power/measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and stackers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety following 5S standards.
• Push, pull and lift regularly during the workday.
