Job summary

Bear Creek Resort in Lehigh County, PA, is seeking a Racings Operations Associate Team Member focused on guest service to help create a positive, memorable experience for guests.

The role involves teamwork to conduct racing events, adherence to procedures, achieving pace-setter certification, and collaboration with the Youth Development & Race program coordinator and Snowsports Director to offer opportunities for the program.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old by December 1st of the current season.
• Must attain pacesetters annual certification (pacesetters only).
• Previous experience racing, course setting or race coaching is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to successfully conduct racing events.
• Comply with Bear Creek Equipment Transporting/Lift Ridding Procedures.
• Willingness to attain technical knowledge in necessary systems and software.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, prompt service.
• Increase the number of guest compliments.
