Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort and Conference Center seeks a Racing Operations team member focused on guest service. You will work with the Snowsports team to support racing events and provide a memorable experience for skiers and snowboarders.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive, professional demeanor as you help manage events, follow safety procedures, and respond to guest needs with knowledge and friendliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old by December 1.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and hotel/resort policies.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to successfully conduct racing events.
• Comply with Bear Creek Equipment Transporting/Lift Riding Procedures.
• Willingness to attain Technical knowledge and competency in necessary systems and software.
• Comply with Racing Rules & Regulations.
• Attend pacesetters annual certification (pacesetters only).
• Provide special racing opportunities for Youth Development & Race program.
• Be available for duties as assigned by supervisor or team leader.
• Be on area on time and ready to work when scheduled.
• Work effectively and cooperatively as part of the Racing Operations team.
• Comply with Rules & Guidelines of the Snowsports School and Bear Creek policies.
• Demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
• Comply with Southern Management's policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, prompt service.
• Increase the number of guest compliments.
