Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.

• Body structures or closures D&R experience may be considered.
• 2+ years using CAD or other visualization tools.
• Understanding of GPDS program delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, release, and delivery of exterior components and systems for Ford Racing.
• Manage cross-functional relationships to ensure successful launches.
• Oversee QCWFT to meet GPDS milestones.
• Coordinate design and color/material interfaces to satisfy customer expectations.
• Support issue resolution and design changes during prototype builds.
