Job summary

Prairie Meadows seeks a Concessions Supervisor to help manage quick service outlets, including those connected to our racing program. You will oversee daily staff operations with a focus on food and beverage quality and guest service.

Responsibilities include assisting with hiring, training, coaching, and discipline, plus inventory control and coordination with the operations floor during service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of food service experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong math, counting, and communication skills; knowledge of liquor laws for minors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily duties of staff across multiple outlets with focus on quality and service.
• Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and discipline as needed.
• Assist with inventory processes including ordering, deliveries, and counts.
• Engage with guests on service floors, monitor food quality, and address requests promptly.
