Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Horseshoe Indianapolis is seeking a Track Laborer to maintain and repair racetrack surfaces and facilities, ensuring safe, clean operations for guests and team members. You will perform tasks such as repairing pylons and fences, removing and placing rails, light carpentry, and supporting landscaping and equipment operations.

A high school diploma or GED and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Able to write simple correspondence.
• Able to present information to customers and staff.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain an Indiana Horse Racing License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.

• Repair pylons and fence as needed
• Remove and place rail as required
• Minor carpentry work
• Assist Landscaping staff when required
• Assist with operations of the equipment/ machinery as needed
