Responsibilities

• Design composite race car and support equipment components for use in racing.
• Select and specify appropriate composite materials based on requirements.
• Perform structural calculations, FEA, and simulations.
• Develop manufacturing plans and collaborate with shop floor personnel.
• Generate detailed engineering drawings and laminate specifications.
• Create and execute test and validation plans to confirm performance.
• Manage and maintain the engineering composite materials database.
