Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions for horsemen, owners, and jockey accounts.
• Enter and maintain race results and related information, including changes and payments.
• Reconcile and update account balances daily and prepare month-end reports.
• Process payments related to photographers, Teleview services, breeders' funds, and other disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with racing commission regulations and internal controls.
