Travel assignments vary by campus and shift, typically 13 weeks, 36-40 hours/week.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting required. BLS certification required upon hire.

The Licensed Practical Nurse delivers nursing care across the lifespan, including data collection, implementing care plans, observing, reporting, and documenting patient responses.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' mental and physical status; perform assessments appropriate to age; implement, evaluate, and document care interventions.
• Observe and report patient data; participate in multidisciplinary care planning; coordinate and prioritize patient care.
• Contribute to patient and family education; serve as a professional role model and resource; ensure safe, appropriate, and quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality; document patient interactions thoroughly per hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and pull objects as specified; must perceive attributes through touch; hearing and vision capabilities as described.

Education and Experience:

Current LPN license in NJ or PA, depending on assignment location. At least 1 year in a behavioral health setting; 2 years preferred. BLS certification required. Basic computer skills necessary.
