Capital Vacations, LLC in St. George, UT is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair equipment to keep resort facilities running smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintaining property SOPs, selecting materials, ordering supplies, and completing general repairs such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and landscaping. HVAC systems must be inspected and kept in good working order.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Good driving record clear of significant violations.
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and systems.
• Maintain property upkeep according to SOPs.
• Determine materials, equipment, and supplies needed.
• Order supplies promptly to complete projects.
• Paint, repair walls, security hardware, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.
• Inspect and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. What you’re great at:

Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.

Determining the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.

Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.

Performing general repairs needed, such as but not limited to: painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.

Coordinating or inspecting, operating, and maintaining the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
