AbbVie is seeking a detail-oriented R&D Warehouse Coordinator to manage the Lake County warehouse in support of clinical manufacture. Responsibilities include material handling, inventory control, sampling, dispensing, and ensuring GMP compliance for both domestic and international shipments.

The role interfaces with vendors, purchasing, QA, and manufacturing leads to maintain material availability and accurate records, while upholding safety and quality standards across all warehouse operations.

Formación

• High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience in pharmaceutical or clinical supply.
• 4–6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Understanding of investigational material supply chain and regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork competencies.
• Ability to multi-task and reprioritize workload.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies.
• Order, track, receive materials; manage inventory.
• Perform sampling and dispensing for materials.
• Move materials to/from manufacturing; pick, pack, ship domestically and internationally.
• Interface with Customs for international shipments; manage FTZ.
• Support investigations of compliance issues.
• Maintain safe working environment and quality system procedures.
• Resolve issues with material handling; enhance efficiency and quality.
• Impact on clinical drug supply efficiency and compliance.
