Job summary

Kraft Heinz invites applicants to join the U.S. R&D Trainee Program in Glenview, IL. This 10-month leadership development track starts with onboarding, followed by two four-month project rotations and dedicated leadership development, leading to a full-time R&D role.

We seek Bachelor’s grads with a graduation window of late 2026–mid-2027. The program includes mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, and diverse project experiences across brands and regions.
