Job summary

Kraft Heinz invites high-potential graduates to join its Operations Trainee Program in Chicago. The ten-month leadership development track includes onboarding, two four-month project rotations, and leadership development aligned with our WIN principles.

Trainees will work across US supply chain, quality and procurement, with placement into a full-time role after completion. Housing is provided during field rotations; a performance-based bonus is possible.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027.
• Innovative thinker and problem solver with leadership potential.
• Willingness to learn across multiple business functions and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-month leadership development program with onboarding and rotations across key functions.
• Lead defined project scopes and deliver improvements in supply chain, quality or procurement.
• Engage with senior leadership and mentors, presenting results and learning from rotations.
