Job summary

Kraft Heinz invites high-potential students to join its Trainee Program in Chicago. This structured program develops future leaders through immersive onboarding, two cross-functional project rotations, and leadership development aligned with our WIN principles.

Participants gain exposure to multiple teams, including HR, marketing, supply chain, and finance, with a pathway to a full-time role upon successful program completion. Housing is provided during field rotations in some cases.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027.
• High-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals.
• Willingness to learn across multiple functions and to lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in immersive onboarding to learn the business end-to-end.
• Engage in two 4-month project rotations across the business.
• Attend leadership development activities and senior leadership sessions.
• Move into a full-time role after program completion and demonstrate impact.
