CWILL, a post-purchase and retention SaaS for Shopify brands, is launching an R&D Management Trainee program. New grads join a product engineering team, work on production systems from day one with mentorship, and grow toward owning modules and making technical decisions.

You'll rotate on teams like Order Tracking, Loyalty, Pop-up & Email Marketing, AI Chat, and SEO & Speed, contributing to feature development, system maintenance, and collaboration while learning our standards and shipping real

Qualifications

Recent US university graduate or within 1–2 years of graduation.
Proficiency in at least one backend language: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, or PHP.
Web fundamentals: HTTP, RESTful APIs, relational databases.
Basic SQL and database understanding (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
Able to read documentation, debug systematically, and own your work.

Responsibilities

Build features across the full stack with a backend focus including APIs and data processing.
Participate in technical solution design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Take ownership of feature quality and deliver to specification.
Collaborate with teams and ensure code quality and testing standards.
Grow into ownership of modules and technical decisions.
