Job summary

CWILL, a post-purchase and retention SaaS suite, seeks a recent US university graduate to join its R&D Management Trainee program. You’ll work within a product engineering team on production systems from day one with mentorship and growing ownership over modules and tech decisions.

Placement on teams such as Order Tracking, Loyalty & Referrals, Pop-up & Email Marketing, AI Chat, and SEO & Speed will build broad SaaS experience.

Qualifications

• Recent US university graduate or within 1–2 years of graduation.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language from the listed stack.
• Strong knowledge of web fundamentals: HTTP and REST.
• Basic SQL and relational database understanding.
• Ability to read docs, debug, and own work.
• Reliable and communicative with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical issues from support tickets.
• Triages and prioritizes issues, reproduces problems, and provides fixes.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to document fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
