Keysight seeks an experienced R&D Engineering Manager in Santa Rosa, CA to lead an engineering team focused on enterprise test solutions, test software, and manufacturing automation. You will guide project execution, balance resources, and drive technical tradeoffs while ensuring high-quality delivery.

You will mentor engineers, align priorities with leadership, and promote secure, scalable software practices across the team, leveraging AI-enabled tools when appropriate.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management, technical leadership, or significant project leadership experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects and teams.
• Experience with automated test, test software, NPI, manufacturing engineering, or electronic test and measurement.
• Strong people-management skills including coaching, performance management, and hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, resources, and dependencies simultaneously.
• Strong technical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across organizational and functional boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Translate organization priorities and technical direction into executable team plans.
• Manage engineering schedules, resources, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
