Job summary

Amrize is seeking an R&D Technician to join our North American team. You will perform laboratory testing on raw and finished materials, support quality and process improvements, and help maintain a safe and organized lab environment across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Director of Research and other researchers, training support, and contribution to plant trials as we build out our infrastructure in North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–3 years in manufacturing or lab tech.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing for R&D lab with limited supervision, including raw and finished material tests.
• Assist quality technicians with training, root cause analysis, plant trials, and lab maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean, organized laboratory areas.
• Generate data/reports from plant trials for technical review.
• Calibrate equipment and manage routine lab supplies.
