Honeywell Technologies is seeking an R&D Technician I for our McCook, IL location. You will work with engineering teams to move concepts to reality, contributing to innovation and high standards of excellence.
You will report to the R&D Supervisor and operate on a 12-hour rotating day/night schedule on-site. The role emphasizes safety, instrument readings, sample collection, and continuous improvement using our system.

As a R&D Technician I here at Honeywell, you will work closely with engineering teams to help bring new products and solutions from concept to reality, playing a key role in Honeywell’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
You will report directly to our R&D Supervisor and you’ll work out of our McCook, IL location on an on‑site work schedule. This is a 12 hour shift, rotating two weeks on day shift and two weeks on night shift.
In this role, you will impact the development of cutting‑edge technologies that address complex challenges and enhance Honeywell’s product portfolio, helping to maintain our competitive edge in the industry.
The annual base salary range for this position is $44,800 - $56,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
