Honeywell Technologies is seeking an R&D Tech I to contribute to design, testing, and implementation of innovative technologies at our McCook, IL on-site location. You will work with engineering teams to move concepts toward real products, supporting experiments and data-driven validation.

This role emphasizes hands-on lab work, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to safety and quality standards while helping to expand Honeywell’s product portfolio and maintain our industry edge.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting research and development projects in a technology or manufacturing environment.

You will report directly to our manager and you’ll work out of our McCook, IL location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge technologies that address complex challenges and enhance Honeywell’s product portfolio, helping to maintain our competitive edge in the industry.

The annual base salary range for this position is $44,800 - $56,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
