Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma and/or related associate degree.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

• Create R&D for all plant departments, including furniture and mattress.
• Focus on improving efficiency and implementing process improvements.
• Support manufacturing processes by evaluating process repeatability and stability.
• Help accomplish operations and department goals as needed.
