Job summary

iLoveToCreate is seeking a Junior Research & Development Technician to support new product development while building foundational laboratory and formulation skills under the guidance of experienced team members.

The role conducts routine performance testing on samples, documents key findings, and helps with evaluations of raw materials and formulations to meet consumer needs and company goals. This entry-level position offers hands-on learning and growth within our R&D group in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or related field.
• Lab experience through coursework, internship, or up to one year.
• Exposure to coatings/adhesives/dyes is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and follow guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine performance testing on product samples.
• Document technical findings and update reports.
• Support new product development under guidance.
• Maintain testing records and communicate progress.
• Collaborate with R&D team and Brand team.
