Job summary

iLoveToCreate is seeking a Junior Research & Development Technician in Fresno, CA to support new product development and build foundational lab skills. You will conduct routine tests on samples, manage data, and assist in documenting findings under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field or equivalent lab experience.
• Up to 1 year of laboratory experience preferred.
• Exposure to coating, adhesive, or dye formulation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support new proprietary craft product formulation, testing, and documentation under guidance.
• Perform routine performance testing on product samples and vendor submissions.
• Compile and report test data using standard development formats.
• Maintain Technical Development Objective records and communicate progress to the R&D team.
• Review testing documentation with guidance from senior team members.
• Assist with general lab duties and ensure safety and organization.
