Job summary

Compact Industries, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented R&D/Lab Technician to support formula development, sampling, and QA in our Missouri facility. You will weigh ingredients, run tests, maintain logs, and communicate results to the R&D team daily.

Responsibilities include following GMPs, preparing samples, reviewing data, and assisting in new ingredient trials. High school diploma or GED required; experience in R&D or QA lab preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus; lifting up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in R&D or QA lab and production facility preferred.
• Strong basic math skills and data logging ability.
• Willingness to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Check emails and follow instructions from Managers and Food Scientist.
• Prepare samples according to preparation procedure; weigh ingredients; run tests.
• Maintain accurate data logs and GMP compliance.
• Pack and ship samples as needed and update records.
