Job summary
Concorde, Inc. is seeking a highly technical R&D Technical Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives across our Research & Development organization.
You will ensure successful delivery of product, platform, automation, and infrastructure initiatives while enabling engineering teams to operate efficiently and meet objectives. Reporting to the CTO, you will partner with Engineering, Product, Delivery, Reliability, Security, and Tech leadership to
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience in software/tech
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and SAFe is a plus
- Ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Technical credibility with engineering, architecture, infrastructure teams
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of cross-functional R&D projects from initiation through delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies
- Coordinate work across Engineering, Product, Reliability, Security, Infrastructure, and Delivery
- Facilitate kickoff sessions, planning, sprint ceremonies, status reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor scope, schedule, risks, resources, and delivery outcomes
- Provide regular project status to CTO and senior leadership
