ScaleOps is seeking a software engineer to join a team building our core Kubernetes-based platform. You will write significant production Go code and shape the future of our cloud-native infrastructure.

The role emphasizes ownership, mentoring engineers, and tackling hard technical challenges in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. You will collaborate with top-tier engineers to optimize resource management and scale ScaleOps' offerings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering in large-scale systems.
• 2+ years leading initiatives and mentoring engineers in production.
• Significant experience developing cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, including containers and Kubernetes.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a tech unit or industry.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of engineers building ScaleOps' core product offering.
• Build a world-class Kubernetes resource management platform for DevOps teams.
• Develop deep expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native infra.
