RSM US LLP, a leading provider of professional services to the middle market, seeks a Senior Tax Partner to lead the Credits, Incentives & Methods (CIM) practice, focusing on the technology sector's R&D credits and federal/state incentives.

You will guide client service, strategic growth, and team development while delivering high-quality tax solutions and building relationships across markets. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and long-term firm value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Active CPA license or equivalent credential in the state of residence or primary office.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of Tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a senior tax client service leader for complex client needs and firm priorities.
• Lead teams delivering tax services across capabilities, geographies, and specialists.
• Manage multiple engagements or client portfolios with quality and client service in mind.
• Identify technical tax matters and opportunities early, guiding teams through complex issues.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to understand goals and connect clients with the right experts.
